      Services Offered at Foothills Industries

Adult Developmental Vocational Program (ADVP)Provides prevocational training activities for adults with       developmental disabilities. Compensatory Educational classes are offered by MTCC staff.

Case Management is a new service offered at Foothills Industries. Case managers provide a variety of functions critical to insuring that services and supports address not only the health and safety needs of individuals with disabilities, but also reflect the needs and preferences reflected in the person-centered Plan of Care. The case manager has overall responsibility for coordinating and monitoring the CAP-MR-MI/DD services with other services, resources and supports available in the community, including supports provided by the person’s family and friends. Case managers serve children and adults with disabilities.  

Specialized Services are offered through contracts with public or private agencies for persons with disabilities who need individually designed training and supports to help them live successfully in the community. Local transportation is available to all clients served at Foothills Industries.

Vocational Evaluation is a systematic process designed to identify the strengths and needs of a person seeking employment.

Vocational Training is the opportunity for a person seeking employment to develop the work habits and skills necessary to attain and maintain employment in the competitive labor market.
